I make several simple pasta dishes similar to this in the summer when basil and tomatoes are fresh from our garden here. You just can't beat those flavors together! Sometimes I add olives and feta and call it Greek, other times I add lots of other sauteed veggies, and my DH likes it when I add olives, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese.
